The Republic of Ireland is a popular country for setting up a business. As a member of the European Union (EU) and OECD, Ireland has globally recognized legal, taxation and regulatory regimes.

The capital city, Dublin, is a highly attractive place to establish a business presence. With its vibrant multicultural lifestyle and excellent transport links to and from the city center, docks and airports, the city has much to offer any international investor.

Ireland offers a transparent taxation regime, a common-law jurisdiction and a highly educated, multilingual workforce. It is a leading jurisdiction for fund administration, securitization transactions, aircraft leasing, capital markets transactions, and holding companies.

The country has a track record in delivering success to international investors. It boasts many top global companies that have established business operations here.

Our Dublin office is situated in the center of town, just off St. Stephen’s Green. It is easily accessible by both public and private transport and is also a 20-minute taxi ride from Dublin airport. Our neighbors include many law firms, banks and other service providers, as well as restaurants and shops.
