RESPONSIBILITIES
Antoniya Andonova joined our Bulgarian team in August 2023 as a Senior Legal Account Manager within the Capital Markets Legal team. In 2025, she was promoted to Manager of the Capital Markets Legal Team.

She is currently responsible for managing the Capital Markets Legal team in Bulgaria, overseeing the day-to-day legal operations of client entities, as well as the setup and onboarding of client structures, including client due diligence. Her role involves reviewing, coordinating, and negotiating legal transactions while ensuring compliance with applicable legislation and regulatory frameworks.

FOCUS
Antoniya’s professional focus lies in managing the Bulgarian Capital Markets Legal team, coordinating complex legal transactions, and overseeing the client due diligence process.

EDUCATION
Antoniya holds a Master’s degree in Law from the University of National and World Economy in Sofia, Bulgaria. During her studies, she actively participated in several international moot court competitions, with a particular focus on commercial law.

WORK EXPERIENCE
Antoniya is a seasoned legal professional who began her career at TMF Group in 2016 as a Legal Trainee. She advanced to Junior and then Senior Legal Advisor, gaining extensive experience in client advisory and legal operations. Following her time at TMF Group, she worked as an in-house legal advisor, where she focused on providing strategic legal counsel, leading commercial negotiations, and managing large-scale legal projects.
