RESPONSIBILITIES
Carola Thijs joined Trustmoore Group when Siemer & Partners AG in Zurich, Switzerland, was acquired by Trustmoore in 2024. She has worked for Siemer & Partners AG since 2011, started as a Management Assistant and, over the years, grew into the role of Account Manager.
She is the primary point of contact for our clients in Switzerland.

FOCUS
She focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction in the daily management of their corporate entities. She also ensures clients comply with external regulatory and legal compliance, including AML and KYC requirements.

EDUCATION
During her education, she focused mainly on gaining practical, hands-on experience. During her career in banking, trust and fiduciary services, she gained a lot of knowledge. Additionally, she attended numerous internal and external professional training programs.
This approach has allowed her to develop a solid set of skills specific to her field, giving her practical knowledge and expertise that directly benefits her in her work.

WORK EXPERIENCE
From 1988 to 2006, Carola worked for a large bank in the Netherlands, holding various retail and corporate banking positions. She then moved to Switzerland and entered the trust and fiduciary services industry.
