RESPONSIBILITIES
Maria Recio joined our team in Amsterdam in October 2021 as Business Compliance.
After ten months, she moved into a hybrid position where she mainly works as a Junior Legal Counsel and a Junior Legal Account Manager managing her portfolio of Corporate Expansion clients.

FOCUS
As Junior Legal Counsel, she focuses on various legal affairs of Trustmoore Group, including corporate governance matters, contract negotiations and legal procedures.
As a Junior Legal Account Manager, she mainly focuses on managing client relationships, ensuring that her client portfolio is current and compliant with the latest legislation.

EDUCATION
After completing her LLB – Law from the Universidad de Zaragoza (Spain), she relocated to the Netherlands to simultaneously study 3 LLMs – Masters in Law, specializing in Commercial and Company Law, Arbitration & Business Law (both at Erasmus University of Rotterdam), and Legal Practice (long distance from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, Spain).

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
Before joining Trustmoore, Maria completed internships at Worldline (payment service provider), the Military Court of Zaragoza, and three Spanish law firms as part of her lawyer qualification program.
