RESPONSIBILITIES
Mila joined our team in Luxembourg in July 2020 as a Senior Legal Account Manager and was promoted to Client Director in January 2022.
She is responsible for all legal and corporate matters concerning regulated and unregulated alternative investment funds. Additionally, Mila manages the transfer agency team in Luxembourg.

FOCUS
She focuses on enhancing the client experience and is responsible for Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) and the Common Reporting Standard (CRS) due diligence and filings for all clients in Luxembourg.

EDUCATION
Mila obtained a bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Minsk in Belarus.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
Mila has a legal background and started her corporate career in Luxembourg in 2013 in the Private Debt and Capital Markets team of Sanne Group, a Luxembourg-based fund and corporate services firm. She gained experience in a wide range of debt capital markets, structured finance and alternative asset structures, spanning structured finance, real estate and private equity transactions.

In 2018, she progressed to a larger role at Aztec Group in Luxembourg, where she was responsible for the daily management of regulated and unregulated alternative investment funds.
