RESPONSIBILITIES
Rutger Kriek joined our team in 2016 as Managing Director of our Cyprus office.

FOCUS
Rutger’s main focus is on corporate expansions and start-up services and he services mostly owner managed businesses in a diverse range of industries.

EDUCATION
Rutger is a graduate (honors) of the University of Amsterdam, where he earned his degree in Dutch tax law in 1992.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
Rutger has more than 25 years of tax adviser experience with prominent tax consultancy and fiduciary services firms in the Netherlands and Cyprus.

He has assisted a wide diversity of clients in a plethora of transactions, ranging from start-ups to mergers and acquisitions involving Fortune 500 companies. Rutger has been a frequent speaker in international fora such as the International Bar Association and has a number of important publications on his name, among others published in the International Tax Review.

Before joining Trustmoore, Rutger was international tax partner with one of Cyprus’ largest professional services firms.
