RESPONSIBILITIES
Ali Gündüz joined our team in May 2023 as Commercial Director of Luxembourg Fund Services.
He leads commercial efforts for fund services at investment conferences and in the investment market.  He is responsible for executing commercial strategies to accelerate new business growth.
Ali also holds board mandates as a non-executive Director/ Manager for several investment funds/ companies/ structures.

FOCUS
Ali focuses on growing and enhancing our fund services in Luxembourg and the DACH region while taking advantage of his broad network and being very well connected in the industry.

EDUCATION
Ali obtained his diploma in economics from the Universität Trier in Germany.

WORK EXPERIENCE
During the last thirteen years, Ali has been in senior roles in the investment and fund industry, focusing on business and strategic development. He is experienced in the Luxembourg investment fund and banking sectors. He has profound knowledge of the industry’s regulatory framework, including investment funds, management company/ AIFM, depositary, administration, investor relations and product structuring, particularly for AIFs, UCITs and securitization solutions.
