RESPONSIBILITIES
Andrea Mizzi joined Trustmoore in March 2021 as a Senior Legal Manager. She is responsible for all internal legal matters at the Malta office, ensuring that it adheres to its statutory and contractual obligations.

She also manages the corporate and legal department, assisting with all legal and corporate client-related matters on a day-to-day basis.

FOCUS
Andrea oversees all legal matters in Malta, providing general legal advice to the Board of Directors as well as her team members.

EDUCATION
Andrea studied at the University of Malta, obtaining a Bachelor of Laws in 2013 and a Doctor of Laws three years later. She is also a warranted lawyer authorized to practice in the Republic of Malta.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
Prior to joining Trustmoore, Andrea spent more than five years obtaining work experience at a corporate services provider. She managed a team of lawyers and other professionals, advising on both internal and client-related legal matters.

Andrea has a broad legal skillset, having covered corporate, commercial and contract law as well as establishing, managing and administering trusts and foundations. She also has valuable experience in managing CRS (common reporting standard) and FATCA (Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act) matters.
