RESPONSIBILITIES
Andrea Mizzi is the Managing director of Trustmoore’s Malta office.

As Managing Director, Andrea is responsible for overseeing the Malta office, including ensuring compliance with industry regulations and providing high quality services to clients. She is responsible for the direction and control of the business operations and enhancing the growth of the Malta office.

Andrea   joined Trustmoore in March 2021 as Head of Legal in which role she was responsible for internal legal matters at the Malta office and advising the Board of Directors. She also managed the corporate and legal department, assisting with all legal and corporate client-related matters on a day-to-day basis.

FOCUS
Andrea oversees all operational matters of the Malta office, with specific focus on finding tailor-made solutions for private clients, as well as servicing clients looking to expand their corporate structure in Malta and other jurisdictions.

EDUCATION
Andrea studied at the University of Malta, obtaining a Bachelor of Laws in 2013 and a Doctor of Laws three years later. She is also a warranted lawyer authorized to practice in the Republic of Malta.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
Prior to joining Trustmoore, Andrea spent more than five years obtaining work experience at a corporate services provider. She managed a team of lawyers and other professionals, advising on both internal and client-related legal matters.

Andrea has a broad legal skillset, having covered corporate, commercial and contract law as well as establishing, managing and administering trusts and foundations and providing tailor-made solutions for clients seeking to set-up their entities in Malta and the legal structuring of the same.
