RESPONSIBILITIES
Annemijn Timmer initially joined our team in Curaçao in April 2017 and in August 2022 she relocated to our Amsterdam office.
As a Senior Legal Account Manager she forms part of our Corporate Expansion team and is responsible for the legal day-to-day business matters of her portfolio, which range from transactional to structural changes, as well as keeping up to date with all legal, compliance and fiscal developments that may affect her clients.
Annemijn also assists in coordinating the client onboarding and incorporating of companies.

FOCUS
She focuses on supporting her clients in all legal, corporate and compliance matters, by unburdening them and allowing them to focus on growing their businesses.

EDUCATION
Annemijn obtained her bachelor’s degree in facility management at the Hanze University of Applied Sciences in Groningen.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
Annemijn moved to Curaçao in 2009 and began working as a Junior Legal Account Manager for TMF Curaçao, a large trust company. The role allowed her to gain valuable experience in the trust business, working with both private and corporate clients.

She spent a total of seven and a half years with the company, becoming Legal Account Manager after four years and, subsequently, Senior Legal Account Manager. She held this last position for just over a year before leaving to join Trustmoore.
