RESPONSIBILITIES
Damien joined our team in May 2023 as the Head of Structured Finance & Capital Markets Services in Luxembourg.

FOCUS
Damien has over two decades of experience in the Structured Finance & Capital Markets industry and focuses on transaction management and business development.

Damien leads a team dedicated to the provision of corporate services to Luxembourg securitization undertakings, regulated and unregulated, in a wide array of asset-backed securities transactions, including structured products, residential/commercial mortgage-backed securities, collateralized loan/debt/bond obligations, receivables, distressed debt, private debt and medium-term note programs.

EDUCATION
Damien holds two master’s degrees in law from the Paris University and is a Paris bar qualified attorney (currently nonpracticing under his home title in Luxembourg).

WORK EXPERIENCE
Prior to his current role at the Trustmoore Group, Damien was a member of the authorized management of Citco C&T (Luxembourg) S.A. and headed their structured finance services line of business in Luxembourg for thirteen years.
In the past, Damien also held legal positions with Allen & Overy Luxembourg and, before that, with Ofi (Invest) Asset Management, a Paris-based investment management firm.
