RESPONSIBILITIES
Ella Brown joined Trustmoore Luxembourg in June 2022 as Legal Account Manager in our Structured Finance & Capital Markets (SF&CM) services team. She oversees all legal and corporate activities for regulated and unregulated vehicles managed by the team.

FOCUS
Her primary focus is providing her SF&CM clients comprehensive corporate governance and legal compliance assistance.

EDUCATION
Regarding her educational background, Ella obtained a degree in foreign languages and office administration in 2012. She further solidified her professional standing by earning qualifications in Luxembourg company law and general accounting in 2019. Most recently, in 2023, she became a Certified Corporate Governance Officer through the Institut Luxembourgeois des Administrateurs (ILA).

WORK EXPERIENCE
Before joining Trustmoore, Ella started her corporate career in Luxembourg in 2016 as a Corporate Assistant in the corporate client services team of Intertrust. In 2019, she joined the corporate services provider Maples as an Administrator in the structured finance team, where she gained experience and knowledge in a wide range of structured finance transactions. Following her promotion to Assistant Vice President, she managed a diverse portfolio of Luxembourg securitisation vehicles, overseeing their incorporation, day-to-day administration, risk management, and eventual liquidation processes. She also gained governance experience as a board member on multiple Luxembourg securitisation vehicles.
