RESPONSIBILITIES
Elodie Banas joined Trustmoore in Luxembourg in October 2018 as a Legal Account Manager. Since then, her role has expanded considerably. She is responsible for all legal matters concerning her client portfolio and is also the People & Culture Manager of our Luxembourg office.

FOCUS
She focuses on assisting her Multi-Family Office clients with all corporate and legal matters.
Additionally, she focuses on People & Culture related topics and issues in our Luxembourg office.

EDUCATION
Elodie obtained her certificate in commercial and corporate law from Luxembourg Lifelong Learning Center in 2008, her certificate in securitization from 3Masters Opleidingen in 2020, and her certificate in Labor Law from the Chamber of Commerce in 2021.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
Elodie has built her legal experience and knowledge in a range of sectors during her career, spending seven years as a legal assistant in Real Estate Investment Fund departments as well as five years as a legal trust officer in the Corporate and Trust, and Structured Finance departments at Citco in Luxembourg.
