RESPONSIBILITIES
Emmi Härmälä joined Trustmoore Amsterdam in the Fund Services team in September 2022 as a Junior Investor Relations Officer.
She is responsible for investor onboarding, processing investor transactions, establishing and maintaining investor registers and records, and completing KYC and AML processes in the broadest sense.

FOCUS
She ensures that all investors’ queries are attended to and acts as the first point of contact for investors.

EDUCATION
Emmi studied Economics and Business Economics with a minor in law at Utrecht University, the Netherlands. She obtained her master’s in International and European Union Law at the Erasmus University Rotterdam in the Netherlands.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
Before joining Trustmoore, she completed a summer internship in APG Finland, which entailed customer and media based segmentation and social media marketing.
