RESPONSIBILITIES
Hu-Cheung Tang joined the Structured Finance & Capital Markets team of Trustmoore Amsterdam on March 1, 2021, as Senior Legal Account Manager, and was promoted to Client Director on January 1, 2022. He is responsible for managing a team of Legal Account Managers and the daily legal matters for his portfolio of clients.

FOCUS
Hu-Cheung specializes in structured finance and capital markets transactions, FATCA, CRS, CbCR and DAC 6.

EDUCATION
Hu-Cheung holds a master’s degree in both civil law and notarial law from the University of Leiden in the Netherlands. He is also a certified Master Trust Officer.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
With a legal career dating back to 2007, Hu-Cheung’s previous positions include Legal Officer within the structured finance departments of professional services firms Equity Trust and TMF Netherlands. He spent more than six years at TMF, during which time he also worked within the special projects team.

He was subsequently Chief Account Manager at independent trust and corporate services company C-Corp in Amsterdam. Before joining our team, he was Senior Trust Officer Legal at Citco, Netherlands, a role he held for more than three and a half years.
