RESPONSIBILITIES
Jack Hassall joined the Trustmoore Group in September 2023 as Commercial Director of Fund Services in the United Kingdom.
He leads commercial efforts for fund services in the United Kingdom and is responsible for executing commercial strategies to accelerate new business growth.

FOCUS
Jack is the primary contact for UK fund managers. He is your partner in navigating the challenges of the fund cycle. He delivers comprehensive solutions with an impressive network of lawyers, savvy tax advisors, seasoned bankers, fellow fund managers, and compliance gurus. He is all about building new client relationships and partnerships across the UK while offering top-tier solutions for fund formation and investment stages.

EDUCATION
Jack obtained a BA (Hons) from the University of The Arts, London, in the UK.

WORK EXPERIENCE
Before joining our team, Jack headed up the commercial strategy for an information advisory (GFM), supporting private equity and hedge fund managers across Europe and North America. He was responsible for finding commercial alignment between fund managers looking to improve performance and operational efficiencies with relevant and qualified service providers. This experience gave Jack a clear understanding of the global operational challenges fund managers face and insight into how best to advise them.

Throughout his career, Jack has had the opportunity to live in various countries, most recently Hong Kong, where he worked for a Capital Markets and Investor Relations services firm, giving him a clear oversight of the institutional investor space across the wider APAC region, as well long-standing relationships and connections with family offices, funds and investor groups.
