RESPONSIBILITIES
Lyubomir Ognyanov joined our team in Bulgaria as a Junior Investor Relations Officer in October 2022.
He is responsible for maintaining the investor register, records, and database. He also manages due diligence and investor screening, as well as completing investor Know Your Client (KYC) and Anti Money Laundering (AML) processes following international regulatory requirements. Additionally, he supports the team with processing subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers.

FOCUS
Lyubomir focuses on maintaining investor records for a growing portfolio of private equity, real estate, and hedge funds as well as SPVs.

EDUCATION
He graduated from Maastricht University in the Netherlands, obtaining his master’s degree in European Corporate and Commercial Law.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
Before joining Trustmoore, Lyubomir worked as a Query Agent for the Xerox Project of HCL Tech.
