RESPONSIBILITIES
Marco Montana joined Trustmoore’s Malta office in November 2020 as a Corporate Account Manager. He is responsible for all legal and corporate matters relating to his portfolio of trading and holding companies.

FOCUS
As a corporate account manager within Trustmoore’s Corporate Expansion Services business line, his main responsibilities are client relationship management and business development, as well as ensuring that client documents are compliant with the latest legislation and procedures.

EDUCATION
Marco earned his master’s degree in multimedia production and performing arts from the University of Palermo, with a full year Erasmus at the University of Malta. In 2016, he gained the ICA certificate in compliance and, subsequently, completed a course in company law at the Institute of Legal Studies in Malta.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
Prior to his career in corporate services, Marco participated in several international projects including the EU Lifelong Learning program “Leonardo” in Northern Ireland and several EU Youth in Action projects. He was also an active member of AEGEE (Association des États Généraux des Étudiants de l’Europe) for several years.

Before joining Trustmoore in 2020, he spent more than three years working as Corporate Administrator and Corporate Relationship Manager at Credence Corporate and Advisory Services in Malta.
