RESPONSIBILITIES
Nils Schulz joined Trustmoore Amsterdam as a People & Culture (P&C) Assistant in June 2021. His expertise is global recruitment, P&C administration and reporting. Nils is also a super user of HR tools.

Nils focuses on P&C support for our global team.

EDUCATION
Nils obtained a bachelor’s degree in fashion and textile management in 2014 and has a diploma in fashion distribution and marketing from Akademie JAK in Hamburg. Over recent years, he has attended numerous human resource trainings and seminars to deepen his vocational knowledge.

WORK EXPERIENCE
Nils began his career in the fashion industry but changed path in 2017 to join the watch company Cluse in Amsterdam, where he delivered sales support and administration for key B2B accounts. He left just under a year later to take up a Customer Service Coordinator role at electric vehicle firm QWIC.

Before joining our team, his last role was as HR Manager and Management Assistant for BrightPensioen, a financial services start-up. In this role, he was responsible for updating and overseeing all employee files for the fast-growing team and coordinating the hiring processes and onboarding programs. He became the first point of contact for employees, third party recruiters, and government authorities.
