RESPONSIBILITIES
Nils Schulz joined Trustmoore Amsterdam as a People & Culture (P&C) Assistant in June 2021. He is responsible for recruitment, onboarding, administration and reporting and assists with launching development projects and training opportunities.

Employees reach out to Nils for HR support and he is the first point of contact for P&C tools. He also gathers input for P&C digital marketing campaigns, which are published on our website, LinkedIn and career sites.

FOCUS
Nils focuses on P&C support for our global team.

EDUCATION
Nils obtained a bachelor’s degree in fashion and textile management in 2014 and has a diploma in fashion distribution and marketing from Akademie JAK in Hamburg. He has attended numerous human resource training events and seminars over recent years to deepen his vocational knowledge.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
Nils began his career in the fashion industry but changed path in 2017 to join watch company Cluse in Amsterdam, where he delivered sales support and administration for key B2B accounts. He left just under a year later to take up a Customer Service Coordinator role at electric vehicle firm QWIC.

His last role before joining Trustmoore was as HR Manager and Management Assistant for BrightPensioen, a financial services start-up. In this role, he was responsible for updating and overseeing all employee files for the fast-growing team and coordinating the hiring processes and onboarding programs. He became the first line of contact for employees and third-party recruiters, as well as government authorities.
