RESPONSIBILITIES
Rania Ouassal joined our team in Luxembourg as a Fund Accounting Manager in January 2024.
She is responsible for onboarding and supervising our clients’ accounting services, emphasizing private debt and private equity investment vehicles.

FOCUS
Rania is the first point of contact for fund accounting activities and deliverables and liaises with third parties, such as auditors, depositaries and fund managers.

EDUCATION
She obtained her master’s in Audit & Accounting from the Burgundy School of Business in Dijon, France.

WORK EXPERIENCE
Rania started her finance career with audit internships at KPMG France and Proximo Morocco.
Before joining us, she worked as a Senior Fund Accountant at Aztec Group Luxembourg.
