RESPONSIBILITIES
Veselina Angelova joined our team in Bulgaria in January 2023 as a Junior Compliance Officer. In this role, she is responsible for local and global compliance matters and is a member of the worldwide compliance team.

FOCUS
Veselina’s primary focus is ensuring our clients comply with local, European, and international regulations and detecting compliance related risks.

EDUCATION
She has an international and European law degree from the Hague University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands. She also obtained her master’s degree in National Security and Defence from Military College “G.S.Rakovski,” Bulgaria. She is currently getting a master’s degree in law from the University of National and World Economy, Bulgaria.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
Before joining Trustmoore, she was a junior legal expert in the Bulgarian Ministry of Defence’s legal directorate, particularly the international law department. She was mainly focused on public international law affairs.
