RESPONSIBILITIES
Antoniya Andonova joined our team in Bulgaria in August 2023 as a Senior Legal Account Manager in our structured finance and capital markets team.
She is responsible for all legal and regulatory aspects related to the preparation and execution of structured finance transactions. Her role includes reviewing, coordinating, negotiating transactions and ensuring compliance with the latest legislation and legal procedures.

FOCUS
Her focus lies on structured finance and capital markets transactions. However, she also provides legal services to local clients from our Bulgarian office.

EDUCATION
Antoniya graduated from the University of National and World Economy in Sofia, Bulgaria. She obtained her master’s degree in law while engaging in several international moot court competitions focused on commercial law.

WORK EXPERIENCE
Antoniya is an experienced legal professional who started her career at TMF Group as a Legal Trainee in 2016, She was subsequently promoted to Junior and later to Senior Legal Advisor. She continued her professional path as an in-house legal advisor for a Bulgarian BPO company. Provided legal advice to a portfolio of clients, led commercial negotiations and managed different large scale legal projects.
