RESPONSIBILITIES
Eamonn Gordon joined our Team in Dublin in March 2023 as a Legal Account Manager in our global Structured Finance and Capital Markets team.
He manages the day-to-day activities of a Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) portfolio, which are involved in structured finance transactions, including cross-border, repackaging, lease and securitization.

His role also includes reviewing transaction documentation on behalf of Trustmoore Ireland and client entities to ensure commercial agreeability and legal and regulatory compliance.

FOCUS
Eamonn manages and supports client structures throughout their life cycle – from initiation and ongoing transactions to structure wind-up.

EDUCATION
He obtained his bachelor’s degree in General Arts at the Dublin Business School, his master’s in History of International Relations at the University College Dublin and his diploma in International Investment Fund Services at The Institute of Banking in Dublin, Ireland.

WORK EXPERIENCE
Eamonn began his legal career at McCann FitzGerald Solicitors in June 2015 as a Law Clerk, operating in the Corporate, Real Estate and Litigation departments.
He then transitioned to a career in financial services in November 2018, where he worked as an assistant manager on the transaction management team at Sanne Group. In this role, he was responsible for mandates across various industries, including structured finance, real estate and alternative assets.

Before joining our team, Eamonn was a transaction manager at IQ EQ’s structured finance and capital markets team in Shannon. At IQ EQ, Eamonn managed an extensive portfolio of clients, specializing in lease and securitization transactions.

Eamonn draws on experience across many jurisdictions, including Ireland, Luxembourg, the United States, the United Kingdom, Jersey and the Channel Islands.
