RESPONSIBILITIES
Mariyana Ivanova joined our team in February 2023 as a Senior Accountant in our Structured Finance & Capital Markets team and was promoted to Manager Accounting Team in January 2024.
She ensures our clients’ accounts are current and correct, provides reporting to various regulatory bodies and prepares and reviews financial statements.

FOCUS
Mariyana focuses on developing trust and comprehensive understanding, paying careful attention to our Netherlands, Luxemburg, and Ireland clients’ preferences and provides solutions in the structured finance and capital markets sector, ensuring the clients in our portfolio meet all financial requirements and regulated deadlines.

EDUCATION
Mariyana obtained her Accounting and Control bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Economics – Varna, Bulgaria.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
Mariyana started her career in 2012 as an accountant. In 2016, she took on a more senior role at Jacobs Douwe Egberts, combining balance sheet management and compliance in the procurement area in the coffee and tea business.
