RESPONSIBILITIES
Pam Schutgens joined our team in Luxembourg in February 2023 as a Senior Legal Account Manager.
She forms part of our Private Wealth Solutions (PWS) team and is responsible for her portfolio’s day-to-day legal business matters. She assists her clients with transactional and (re)structural changes, setting up legal structures and keeping them updated with all legal, compliance and fiscal developments.

FOCUS
She focuses on supporting her clients in all legal, corporate and compliance matters, maintaining a hands on mentality to ensure they can focus on growing their businesses.

EDUCATION
Pam obtained her bachelor’s degree in law (LL.B.) at the HU University of Applied Sciences in Utrecht, followed by a master’s degree in private law (LL.M.) at the University of Maastricht.

WORK EXPERIENCE
Pam started her professional career in 2015 within the corporate team of Stibbe in Amsterdam. In 2016, she moved to Luxembourg and joined the law firm AKD Benelux where she worked as a corporate support lawyer for six years before joining Trustmoore.
