RESPONSIBILITIES
Simona joined Trustmoore Sofia in June 2023 as a Junior Legal Account Manager in the Structured Finance and Capital Markets team.
Her responsibilities include the preparation and execution of structured finance transactions, handling compliance and administrative tasks, preparing and maintaining client documentation and maintaining client relationships.

FOCUS
Simona focuses on structured finance and capital market transactions. She works in close collaboration with her colleagues in Amsterdam and London, enhancing the overall efficiency of operations.
Additionally, she provides legal services to local clients from our Bulgarian office.

EDUCATION
In 2022, Simona graduated with distinctions in law from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski.” While pursuing her studies, she participated in the Erasmus+ program and spent one semester at the University of Lisbon, Portugal.
Additionally, she was part of her university’s teams for multiple moot court competitions in public international law, international commercial law and arbitration. She has been coaching Sofia University’s Jessup Moot Court Competition team since 2022.

WORK EXPERIENCE
Before joining our team, Simona was an Associate in a Bulgarian law firm, focusing primarily on corporate and commercial law.
